An initial Pulse Reading is taken at the beginning of the Ayurvedic Massage Therapy session to evaluate the clients Vikruti, or current state of imbalance, if present. Through the pulse, Breyana is able to detect which dosha, or physiological constitution (Vata, Pitta or Kapha) is vitiated or out of balance in the body.
Medicated Oil Specific for You-
Through pulse analysis, a Medicated Herbal Massage Oil is then chosen specifically for that clients’ state, aiding to bring the dosha back into harmony and balance throughout the body and its dhatus (tissues).
Acupressure points are held at certain Nadis (energy centers) to aid in redirecting the flow of Prana-Mana-Chi-Flow of Energy- where it may be stagnant. Tuning forks may be used on Marma points to restore the body’s natural frequency by attuning the Nadi meridians to the vibration of Om (360Hz). Each session is unique to the person, for what we all require to get back in alignment with self, is just as unique and individual as the self.
Tibetan Singing Bowl-
Sound therapy is offered at the end of the massage with singing bowls from Tibet. Grounding through Vibration.
